If you have never had the pleasure of experiencing the cookie dough egg rolls at Jackson’s, I can honestly say that you are missing out on one of the best creations, ever. As my best friend Sarah and I discovered, this problem can be easily solved with a roll of pre-packaged cookie dough, empanadas, canola oil, and a giant pot. I’ll let the pictures do the explaining on how to make it all come together. But truly, try it. You won’t regret it. And as you can see by the last picture, Sarah was pretty excited about it herself.
